10:27:41 AM Commissioner Murdock I'll move to approve it with the conditions with an amendment to somewhere in the Roads and Access section that Tom put together that US 191 accesses be limited, subject to MDOT approval to two. I believe the rest of the conditions, I don't think we changed any.
10:28:09 AM Chairman Skinner Yeah, there's a few changes. Condition #2 has a minor change to June 10; #19(j) there needs to be some additional language change there changing "deeded water rights" to "ownership of water shares" as stated by Susan Swimley. And then I would support a condition that would require them to remove fencing, curbing, and underground storage tanks in the right-of-way.
