1:36:34 PM Belgrade City-County Planner Jason Karp Staff report, notes the first sentence in condition #8 should read as follows: "Encroachment permit(s) must be obtained from the Gallatin County Road Department for any access points coming off of county maintained roads, and the Montanan Department of Transportation for any access to Jackrabbit Lane, a state maintained roadway, and East Valley Center Road; and add a sentence to the end of condition #53 as follows: "The western-most approach to Valley Center Road as shown on the preliminary plat shall be eliminated." It was also suggested that comments from staff report Exhibit D, which is a letter from Robert & Barbara Marx, be added as additional covenants.

4:02:50 PM Belgrade City-County Planner Jason Karp Suggests adding Condition #54 that reads, "The commercial lot is expressly approved for up to 8 condominium units. Further subdivision is not required. Prior to filing a dedication for condominium a certificate of exemption shall be obtained from the Belgrade Planning Office." Replace Condition #41 proposed by Mike Harris. "Park Improvement Plan reviewed by the Board of Park Commissioners shall be submitted along with the final plat application. All recreational improvements required by the Park Improvement Plan shall be installed or bonded prior to final plat approval commensurate with each phase." Suggests adding condition #55 that reas: "The lateral of the Spain Ferris Ditch in the southeast portion of the property shall be abandoned. The abandonment shall be
approved by the Spain Ferris Ditch Company."
