Approval of Contract(s): VanDyken Engineering to Study AC & FM 200 Fire Suppression Improvements for the IT Equipment Rooms at the Courthouse Building and Guenther Building; Bronec & Associates to Study AC and FM 200 Fire Suppression Improvements for the IT Equipment Rooms at the Courthouse Building and Guenther Building; and ThinkOne Architecture for Development of Preliminary Architectural Report for the Courthouse Annex Remodel Project

1:55:59 PM Belgrade City-County Planner Jason Karp Staff report, recommended deleting covenant 5(f), and adding covenant 5(v) to read: "All structures over 3600 square feet shall have an NFPA compliant fire sprinkler system. Sprinkler system plan shall be submitted to the Central Valley Fire Department for review and approval." Notes that MDT would like condition #25 to read: "The applicant shall grant sufficient right-of-way along the north-south side of Valley Center Road for the entire length of the subdivision as determined by the Montana Department of Transportation and submit evidence of that grant to the County Road Department prior to final plat approval."

Suggests adding an additional condition to read: "Each phase shall have two separate accesses and entrances prior to final plat approval. Each separate development phase if they receive a separate final plat approval must comply with all applicable provisions of the Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations."
