Notes that MDT would like condition #25 to read: "The applicant shall grant sufficient right-of-way along the north-south side of Valley Center Road for the entire length of the subdivision as determined by the Montana Department of Transportation and submit evidence of that grant to the County Road Department prior to final plat approval."
