1:43:14 PM County Planner Victoria C. Drummond, AICP Staff Report. Read into the record addition to staff report by the request of County Attorney's office that Section 76-3-301 Sub 3 of Montana Code Annoted states, "That if transfers not in accordance with this chapter are made, the County Attorney shall commence action to enjoin further sales or transfers, and compell compliants with all provisions of this chapter. The cost of the action must be imposed against the party not prevailing."
