9:03:30 AM Chairman Vincent Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners Murdock, Skinner and Vincent, Deputy County Attorney Greg Sullivan and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller.

10:27:52 AM Commissioner Skinner I'll move to approve the second submittal of Gallatin Heights Subdivision including the conditions as stated in the September 19th staff report, with the amendment to condition #5 that would include the language, animal rights language #1 in the second page of the September 14th letter. I would also like to amend condition #41 by putting in "points of diversion" after the word "ditch crossings". Leaving the 120 percent and the MDT approval in the condition.

10:42:43 AM Commissioner Skinner I would move to confirm the passage of Resolutions #2006-074A, #2006-093A, and #2006-094A. We actually approved these on September 18th. These are concerning rescinding the Open Burn Ban and access restrictions for fire. We did this yesterday, but this is just a confirmation of the passage.
