I would also like to amend condition #41 by putting in "points of diversion" after the word "ditch crossings". Leaving the 120 percent and the MDT approval in the condition.

These are concerning rescinding the Open Burn Ban and access restrictions for fire. We did this yesterday, but this is just a confirmation of the passage.
