All Fire Protection, Water Supply Testing and all Fire Sprinkler System Plan Review and Testing, shall be paid by the, all fees associated with those too shall be paid by the subdivider prior to final plat approval. If the subdivider chooses to have a fire district or fire service area, conduct the testing in planned review.
