9:04:48 AM Acting Chairman Skinner Called to Order for the express purpose of approving claims. Present were Commissioners Murdock and Skinner and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller. Chairman Vincent was excused.
9:04:58 AM Acting Chairman Skinner There was no public comment on any matters within the Commission's jurisdiction.
9:05:07 AM Commissioner Murdock We have received claims for consideration of approval from the Auditor, the claims listed on voucher list dated June 1, 2006 including check #8049954 through #8050084 for FY 06 and they total $134,523.89. I would move that we approve these claims.
