10:24:26 AM Commissioner Murdock I am going to move to approve this with conditions with an amendment, this minor subdivision. I think that it complies with the Belgrade Master Plan, the Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations, and the kinds of issues the primary interest criteria I believe with the conditions and the configuration of this project have been adequately mitigated. My principle finding on this is that it is comparable to similar tracts in the area and its affect on agriculture, which is important in this area, is minimal given the floodplain and rocky soils. (Would you like to add the conditions?) The conditions will be the ones presented by staff and then we are adding the one for clean-up of the garbage as approved by our Community Decay Specialist Amy Waring as a condition of final plat approval, I don't know who else to put
in there? (I think it would be ok for Jason to approve that I do think you need to involve Amy), ok we won't involve Amy then Belgrade Planning department and what were the other ones (60' easement to the south) 60' easement to the south.
