Present were Chairman Vincent, Commissioners Murdock and Skinner, Rest Home Administrator Connie Wagner, Finance Officer Ed Blackman and Commission Assistant Glenda Howze. (Clerk Note: No audio. Special meeting held to approve a contract and claim at 3:30 PM, in the Commission Conference Room).
3:56:42 PM Commissioner Skinner Motioned to approve the Intergovernmental Transfer Program contract with the State of Montana.

3:57:26 PM Motion passed unanimously.
3:57:37 PM Commissioner Skinner Motioned to approve claim number 8049126 in the amount of $347,887.84, pertaining to the above said approved contract, and approved by the County Auditor and Finance Officer.
