4:28:00 PM Commissioner Murdock Then I would say that I think we should abandon, we need to withdraw our approval of the preliminary plat, which has the affect of reinstating, I think Cinch Road right-of-way, and then I guess if they want to further abandon it or do something, they'd have to reapply.
