1:41:06 PM Commissioner Vincent I move we adopt Resolution #2005-165, a resolution authorizing the establishment of the increase in fees to issue encroachment permits. It would be increasing the fee to $75 as in effect of the resolution.

4:45:35 PM Commissioner Vincent I move that we adopt on first reading Ordinance #2005-024, speed reduction ordinance for Golden Trout Way as read into the record by Commissioner Skinner and to reassure the party that's present today if the Road and Bridge Superintendent determines that a safe and prudent speed on Golden Trout Way is 25 miles an hour.
