Commission directs staff to take work that is in draft form and develop a draft document, put together a sub-committee of the Planning Board including affected donut-area citizens to review and make changes in an expedited time and address Transfer of Development Rights (TDRs). Board discussion with Steve White and Randy Johnson continued.

2:12:19 PM Commissioner Skinner Mr. Chair, based on the letters we have received verifying that the roads in the subdivision are installed to the necessary extent to provide fire suppression and medical vehicles, and that the dry hydrant fill site is operational and that the community sewer system is operational, I would move to allow the issuance of land use permits in Manley Meadows Subdivision.

2:13:11 PM Chairman Murdock Other Business, Continuation of Opening of Proposals for Road and Bridge Shop Building Preliminary Engineering/Architectural Report
2:13:36 PM Grants Administrator Larry Watson Introduction and discussion between the Commission and Greg Sullivan. The following three proposals were received: Thomas, Dean & Hoskins of Bozeman; Derwood K. Sobek Architect of Billings; Staley Engineering of Bozeman, who is working with Dowling Architecture of Helena. Capital Improvement Subcommittee will make a recommendation to full CIP Committee, and after that process Larry Watson will bring back a recommendation to the Commission.
