9:48:56 AM Commissioner Mitchell I move that we approve the preliminary plat for this Ziegler Minor Subdivision with all the conditions submitted by staff except for condition #17, which is not enforceable since it's not in our Subdivision Regs and the removal of condition #7 since we've already granted the variance. Finding that with the conditions as modified that this would meet all the requirements of the statutes and our Gallatin County Subdivision Regs.
