10:14:39 AM Commissioner Murdock I move that we approve the change to condition 8Q as written by the planning staff for the reason that the original condition, I would say, that it changes in the interest of the public and that it would be beyond the control of the sub divider with the building envelope the way we had it written to put it in areas which either were unbuildable or too steep of slope or in the riparian area. By doing this, I would say the original condition was unnecessary and they have mitigated the increase in the building envelope by reducing the building height by 4 feet.
