Stats and Other Projects:
Jenna states project is going good. Excel software being used makes things run smoothly.
Nothing new with web page
Approved the expense of developing inserts for several county payrolls. Suggestions were made for which to target, including the county itself, the City of Bozeman, MSU, Bozeman school district employees.
Mike Clayton also suggested inserting DUI Cost Cards in high school report cards. There was some discussion on whether the amounts on the card are still accurate because of the new DUI fines. Jenna said the card says “about,” and the costs used were for the whole picture of DUI cost, not just the fine.
Youth Imperative written for 3 copies of the On the Edge Video. No reply at this time.
SKSC:
Report made by Jenna on what grants used for
Jenna tracking quarterly DUI stats
Overtime Patrols:
The group discussed how and when to spend money on holiday overtime patrols.
Mark move and Annie second to give two patrols for use in November to MHP, without a specific date being approved in order to allow more flexibility in deputies who are willing to work those patrols. The Task Force will discuss for other patrols at the next meeting in November,. Majority Vote Approved.
