5:30 to 7 PM. 20 East Olive, basement conference room.

Approve Minutes: Approve minutes from April 16th. Mark moved, Dar second.
Legislative Report Card: Billings has requested that we participate in the preparation of a legislative report card re: DUI issues.
Parent Party Patrol: Jenna reminded the group of the upcoming May 21st presentation.
Nominations for officers: Nominations for officers were opened. Mark nominated Bob Larsen as chair. Due to low attendance, the Task Force decided to ask for additional nominations via the internet. Need additional nominations for secretary and vice-chair.
Finances:
Request by Bozeman Sr High PAC for funds for their Senior Sober. Tom said about 80% of students attend. This one will be partially supported by the Underage Drinking Grant that Tom works with. Mark moved for $200 appropriation. Dar 2nd. The motion passed unanimously.
Budget discussion; approved as presented. The group voted to reconsider the budget in December after receiving the first reinstatement check. Jenna’s raise approved as of October (projected date of arrival for the first check). Dar suggested the future purchase of something like Blazers for Task Force members to wear.
Jenna purchased a $25 gift certificate to thank Jami for her participation on the Task Force but she didn’t attend the meeting.
