Activities:
Web page: DUI laws and arrest process – there was a long discussion about the accuracy of web copy generated from Menlo Park California. Susan Wordal offered to rewrite/correct the sample page and email it to Jenna.
Update on discussion: How to better track refusal rates? Jenna said she had contacted Marty Kent at Bozeman PD but had not yet heard back.
Law Enforcement/DUI Recognition Program Awards: June 10th. Jenna suggested that this year we recognize each department for maintaining statistical integrity with their DUI arrests.
Reprinting DUI cost cards: Jami suggested taking off the last line on the card: If you don’t hire a lawyer, because it sounds too much like an advertisement for hiring a lawyer.
