Overtime patrols:
Bruce Aplin from Yellowstone National Park requested an overtime patrol over President’s Day and the Snowblast festival weekend. The motels in West are full for Snowblast so concert-goers will be driving to Big Sky or Bozeman after the concert – The overtime patrol would cover the section of 191 that goes through YNP.
Shandamoved the Task Force fund these overtime patrols for $1200. Susan seconded. The motion carried.
The Montana Highway Patrol can’t do overtime patrols until there is a contract between MHP and the county. Sherrie submitted that to the county attorney’s office but they said the Task Force had to submit it.
Jenna asked about re-subscribing to the Impaired Driving newsletter – no one is using it. EJ moved to not re-subscribe and Susan seconded.
