Meeting brought to order at 5:37 p.m.  Jeff McRae motions to approve prior minutes and Bob Larson seconded.  Minutes unanimously approved.

Introductions
K.C. McLaughlin introduced herself.

New Business
By- law change: to add one permanent position of an ADSGC representative/rotating volunteer from the agency.  By-law change form signed by all DUI Task Force members.  Paul O’Brien motioned to approve, Cheri Lofton seconded.   Unanimously approved.

Discussed Jenna attending the State DUI Task Force meeting July 9th, 2008 in Great Falls, Montana.

Marketing
Jenna presented 2 poster options (available in both Spanish and English) available for 4th of July awareness.  She suggested having 100 posters produced. Community Service youth will post them. The Task Force chose a design and voted to produce the posters.

DUI road signs for West Yellowstone: Cheri will pick these up and deliver to West Yellowstone, the signs will cost $360.00 not $500.00  They are complete.

Finances
1.  Bozeman Police Department: Camera Request partially funded. Balance to come from next year’s budget.  Jenna proposed the Task Force approve $3,000.00 in this fiscal year. Motion to approve: Bob Larson, Second: Jeff McRae, Unanimously Passed

2.  Belgrade Police Department: Camera Request: $2, 850.00 Motion to approve: Bob Larson, Second: Thomas Bonnell, Unanimously Passed.

3.  Three Forks Marshall’s Office: DUI Processing Center Renovation: $3,325.00. Motion to approve: Bob Larson, Second: Jeff McRae, Unanimously Passed

4. Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office, represented by Deputy Paul Griffin: Request for funding set-aside in next fiscal year for 1 year worth of compliance checks for Gallatin and Madison counties: $3800.00. Motion to approve: Bob Larson, Second: Thomas Bonnell, Unanimously Passed. (Bob Larson mini-grant fund)

5.  Montana Highway Patrol: Safety Spot Checks, July 4th and 5th 2008: $3,000.00 for next fiscal year. Motion to approve: Bob Larson, Seconded: Jeff McRae, Unanimously Passed.  (Bob Larson mini-grant fund).

6.  Bozeman Police Department: Camera Request: $2,300.00 granted in next fiscal year. Motion to approve: Bob Larson, Second: Cheri Larson. Unanimously Passed. (Bob Larson mini-grant fund).

Discuss Montana State University Marketing Campaign for Fall Semester.
