Resolution #09-16:  A Resolution authorizing the appropriation of $159,162 from the Municipal Transportation Improvement Fund (MTIF) for Roadway Reconstruction and Repairs.

Ordinance #08-16: Changes to Chapter 368 Welfare Standards, 368.5 E Determination of Eligibility sections 6a) Medical expenses subsection and Chapter 368.7 Burials.

City Council to consider agreement with Joe Kildune for art sculpture display at Marceau park.


City Council to consider the approval of Resolution #09-16.  A Resolution authorizing the appropriation of $159,162 from the Municipal Transportation Improvement Fund (MTIF) for Roadway Reconstruction and Repairs.


City Council to consider the approval of Ordinance #08-16, changes to Chapter 368 of the City Code (Welfare Standards).


City Council to consider approval of position change from Part Time Inspector to Full Time Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer.


City Council to consider allowing the City Manager to sign all documents associated with processing and receiving NH Homeland Security and Emergency Management Performance Grants that funds the two associated grants submitted by Chief LaChapelle.  


City Council to consider setting a public hearing for Monday, May 2, at 6:05 pm on Resolution #10-16, increasing revenue and expenditure accounts based on the awarding of a grant from the New Hampshire Department of Safety, Office of Highway Safety for Franklin Police Department in the amount of $8,748.


City Council to consider setting a public hearing for Monday, May 2, at 6:08 pm to accept approximately $867 in donations for the purpose of starting a scholarship called “Margaret Evans Edgecomb” placing the monies in an expendable scholarship fund with the City’s Trustees of Trust Funds.


City Council to consider the acceptance of Land at the Former Ash Landfill Site.
