MAYOR’S UPDATE


City Council to consider the minutes of the September 10, 2012 City Council Meeting.


Mayor Merrifield will read a Proclamation declaring the month of October as “Parent Involvement in Education Month”.


School Board Report


Update concerning proposed renovations to the Odell Park Cottage which has served as a meeting place for the Boys and Girls Scout Troops.


City Council to consider Proposed amendment to the Lease Agreement with  LRGHealthcare.  


City Council to consider an Agreement with LRGHealthcare for the maintenance and programming of the Fire Department’s Sigma IV Pumps.  


Council Presence required at Elections.


City Council to schedule a Workshop Meeting to discuss proposed revisions to the Industrial Park TIF Plan and proposed Downtown Revitalization Tax Relief and TIF issues.
