Jim Roche called the meeting to order
at 7:00PM.
No Citizens comments
MC/PM Motion to approve the minutes 7-0-2
of February 2, 2010 meeting.
Brett Feldman had not arrived to
vote.
MC/RC Motion to approve a total of $31,200 10-0-0
to the Board of Assessors for property
revaluations from the Overlay Surplus
account. It consists of the following
breakdown:
Triennial Property Revaluation - $19,200
Personal Property Revaluation - $12,000
Brett Feldman is now voting.
MC/CM Motion to approve $10,000 to Facilities- 10-0-0
Solar Panels – Parmenter School from
Free Cash.
MC/CM Motion to approve the transfer of 10-0-0
$2,019,000.00 from Free Cash for the
FY 2010 Capital Improvements.
MC/PM Motion to approve the transfer of $100,000 10-0-0
from Free Cash for the 1st down payment
(1of 4) for a new fire truck.

New Business: Juan Rivera attended the budget hearings for the Tri-County Regional
School.
