Norma Collins was present to answer any
questions. RC asked about the other contractual
services that were in the budget. Norma explained
that the other contractual services are for the
storage of vital records at Millennium Storage an
off-site location. Millennium Storage also destroys
records that are not vital which only have to be kept
for a certain number of years.

Karen explained that the Council receives approximately
$70,000 in grants from various foundations. Karen also
stated that there are a lot of new programs being offered
at the Senior Center.

widows and families of veterans of Armed Services as well

This is to purchase flags for deceased veteran’s graves
for Memorial Day.

Chief Stephen Williams and Kevin Ryan were present.
Chief Williams stated that he would like to add more
police officers. Also that they receive grants for
technology updates.

Chief Gary McCarraher and Lt. Paul Sharpe were present.
Chief McCarraher gave a power point presentation on how
the Fire Department operates. He also stated that he would
like to add additional fire personnel to his staff.
