IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE TRY AND COME TO THE MEETING A COUPLE OF MINUTES EARLY TO MEET A POTENTIAL NEW COMMISSIONER.
1.0. Projects
1.1. 100 Financial Plaza, ANRAD: When the peer review is complete, including the reviews requested in the first review, I would recommend the Commission accept the revised wetland lines. I understand that the review may be ready by the meeting, but I do not have it as of the distribution of this report.

2.4.1. Education and Outreach: In your packets was a letter form the Charles River Watershed Association asking for the Commission’s support.
As you may have noticed on the “Social Media Policy”, the Agent was not listed as an authorized user. At the request of the Chair, I inquired as to why the Agent was not an “Authorized User”. Authorized Users are those who can actually put stuff out on Twitter etc., something I do not want to do. Therefore, the authorized user for the town hall and thus the Commission is the Assistant Town Administrator. He will receive all material to go out from the Commission via my office.
2.4.2. DelCarte: In your packet are a number of phots and maps of the area between the DelCarte playground and the pond. The Commission should decide if a retroactive permit is required for this work.
I would recommend that the party responsible for maintenance, DPW, apply for a general O&M plan via an RDA for the area so that these types of activities are covered in the future.
Also relative to DelCarte, at their 2/24/16 meeting, Paul and I presented to the town council the capital improvement budget to implement the first three years of work as recommended in the DelCarte Study. This budget is supported by the Town Administrator.
2.4.3. Trails Submission to DCR: Maybe the Commission should consider submitting the DelCarte Trails for this project.
