7:30 PM Notice of Intent, DEP # Not issued yet, 19 Colt Road – Maliff, Construction of pool, shed, walkway and portion of deck on pool priviously constructed within 100- feet of bordering vegetated wetlands.
7:40 PM Notice of Intent, DEP # CE 159-1047, Interstate 495 Right-of-Way, Mass DOT Resurfacing & Stormwater Improvements. New BMPs are proposed with the new resurfing of Rt 495 to prevent direct discharge of surface water into Mine Brook. This will include 69 check dams in existing swals, four (4 ) new infiltration basins, and retrofitting existing BMPS to retain water, slow runoff flows, increase filtration and increase stormwater treatment.
7:50 PM Continued Notice of Intenent, DEP # 159-1044, Lincoln Street Bridge Repairs, Town of Franklin. Repair existing bridge to address scouring and undermining of bridge abutments
The Medway Conservation Commission Approved the project with no speacial conditions according to the Medway Agent.
GENERAL BUSINESS
