7:15 PM Call Meeting to Order
7:30 PM NOI 159-1043, 95 Chestnut Street – McWade/Guerriere & Halnon
I reviewed the wetland line and the collapsed wall. The split rail fence is a good idea and no future work in the 25ft no disturb area. This work is currently proposed is outside the 25 ft.
7:40 PM NOI 159-1944, Lincoln Street Bridge Repairs – DPW/Tetra Tech
This work is proposed repairs to the bridge to address scouring and undermining The work will be performed when the water is low. Sedimentation Control is addressed and very good. There are no new structures or improvements in the resource areas.
7:50 PM Cont. – NOI 159-1042 – Franklin Retirement – 485 E. Central Street
The additional conditions have been prepared. The OC may be issued at the meeting.
