Discussion:  Delcart Recreation Park, Town of Franklin
The Delcart Park project will be discussed by Ryan Jette, Recreation     Beth Dahlstrom, Planner and Maxine Kinhart
They have a proposed plan of the new park, a foot bridge that floats over the water, connecting to hiking trails. I have taking a walk around this are and the park is in an upland area.  The hiking trails that must be worked on, limbs removed, low branches cut are also in the upland area.
