The granite bound was installed, please read the January 8, 2013 letter.
I will perform a site visit when the snow melts.

Mr. Hoffman has agreed to maintain a 50” No disturb buffer zone from the
edge of the existing wooded area. No chemicals, grading or Cutting will occur in this area.
