Consultant: IESI. The area of the disturbance is located outside the 25ft no disturb zone of the BVW. The site is not located within a Natural Heritage Estimated or Priority site, and is not located within 200ft of a river or a stream.
7:40 PM 828 West Central Street, S&S Fuel Facility, VHB
This project has a valid SSOC from DEP. At the request of the Commission, an RFD has been submitted. The proposed project will be within the retaining wall area.
7:50 PM NOI, DEP # 159-1038, 4 Bogastow Brook Lane, Matthew & Danielle Walsh
No new information has been submitted to date.
Discussion: Minor Buffer Zone Activity – The applicant, Katherine Buckley, has six trees she would like to remove. She talked to me in the office about leaving the stumps and planting replacement trees off the BDP List.
Cooks Farm- We have the proposal from Eco Tec for you to approve.
