Amendment to the Conservation Rules & Regulations – Public Hearing
The submitted amendment to the Conservation Rules & Regulations is an attempt to keep Franklin in the Federal Flood Insurance program, until an exact Zoning Amendment has had time to work its way through the Town process. All the text is boilerplate from the Fed. Once the Zoning Amendment has been adopted, the changes to the Conservation Rules & Regulations can go back to before the change.
