MEETING NOTICE
AGENDA –9/17/2013
The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 6:15PM on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at 1366 New Boston Rd. (Rte. 136) to conduct a Site Inspection prior to a Site Development Application.
The Francestown Planning Board will then reconvene, at or about 7:00PM on the same Tuesday, September 17, 2013, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:

Review of Minutes: August 20, 2013
PUBLIC HEARING - Site Development Application; expansion of current home business use as boarding stable to include a year round farm stand offering local agricultural products.
Committee Reports: Master Plan Sub.Com. – status: draft report and/or sub-sectioning of same; Farm Stand sm.working group: possible changes to ZO - re: farm stands

- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
*Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes after conclusion of the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
