MEETING NOTICE
AGENDA –7/16/2013
The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 6:15PM on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at 561 Pleasant Pond Rd. in order to conduct a Site Inspection prior to a Site Development Application.
The Francestown Planning Board will then meet at 7:00PM on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
7:00PM Announcements and Communications
Review of Minutes: June 18, 2013
Master Plan Committee: brief update on status of Draft Report.
7:10PM New Business: PUBLIC HEARING - Site Development Application for expansion of an existing maple sugar operation to a farm stand/grain sales/nursery retail store.

- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
*Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes after the conclusion of the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
