The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 7:00PM on Tuesday, 4/16/2013, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:

Public Hearing- Compliance Hearing –Crotched Mountain Ski area
Crotched Mountain Properties/ Peak Resorts/ SNH Development (dba Crotched Mountain Ski and Ride) will have their site development project reviewed relative to six conditions imposed in a Conditional Approval dated April 3rd, 2012.
Review of Minutes: Mar 26, 2013 and Aug 16, 2011
Unfinished Business:
New Business: 1st draft of a Surety Policy

- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
- Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
