MEETING NOTICE
AGENDA – August 19th, 2014
The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 7:00PM on Tuesday, 8/19/2014, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
PUBLIC HEARING: The Board will consider the following amendment to the Francestown Master Plan:
Incorporation of the Conservation Plan and Natural Resource Inventory, as adopted by the Conservation Commission, into the Town’s Master Plan
If not resolved at this meeting, the matter may be continued to subsequent meetings without further published notice. Interested parties are invited to attend, in person or by agent, to show why this application should, or should not, be granted.
New Business: CIP discussion with Town Administrator Mike Branley
Announcements and Communications:
Review of Minutes: 8/5/2014
Unfinished Business: Continuation of discussion of Maser Plan update: Community Facilities section
Other Business: as may legally come before the Board

- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
- Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
