MEETING NOTICE
AGENDA – July 1st, 2014
The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, 7/1/14, beginning on the 2nd NH Turnpike South. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
On-Site Continuation of Scenic Road Hearing:
The Board will meet at the post office parking lot on the 2nd NH Turnpike So to continue a PUBLIC HEARING on an application from Public Service of NH to conduct tree cutting on the 2nd NH Turnpike South, a designated scenic road. The applicant proposes to cut and/or remove the orange flagged trees that are located within the town right of way.
Following, or at some point during, the Scenic Road Hearing,
the Board will continue the meeting to the Town Offices, lower level.

Review of Minutes: 6/17/2014
Continuation of Other Business:
Discussion/Adoption of the Conservation Plan
Discussion of Sign Ordinance
Other Business as may legally come before the Board

- Note 2: All Board meetings are open to the public, and you are encouraged to attend. However, unless a matter is the subject of a Public Hearing, discussion normally will be limited to Board members.
- Note 3: The Planning Board offices will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Note 4: Once any matter has come before the Board, it will be continued to subsequent meetings until the issue is resolved.
