AGENDA – June 3rd, 2014
The Francestown Planning Board will meet at 7:00PM on Tuesday, 5/20/2014, in the Town Offices Meeting Room Lower Level, 27 Main Street. The following agenda items are listed in the order in which they will be considered:
New Business: Application for Consolidation: Map 9, lot 39 and Map 6, lot 56:
The applicant is proposing the consolidation (voluntary merger) of two lots of land: Lot 9-39, a 61.8 acre parcel, no improvements, with frontage on Kingsbury Hill Rd, and
Lot 6-56, a 4.41 acre parcel with improvements, frontage on Dennison Pond Rd
Announcements and Communications:
Review of Minutes: 5/20/2014
Unfinished Business:
Continuation of discussions on proposed changes to the Sign Ordinance
and discussion of other potential Zoning Changes
Review/Accept draft of Zoning Ordinance amendments
(Time permitting) Continuation of discussion of Maser Plan update
Other Business: as may legally come before the Board
