Budget & Advisory Committee Minutes of February 20, 2012
Present: Charlie Pyle, Abby Dawson, Henry Kunhardt, Becky Moul and Nick Wilder
Meeting opened at 6:50 pm.
Following a meeting with the Selectmen, the BAC meets to review a draft of the Committee’s report prior to Town Meeting as required by a vote of the 1978 Town Meeting.
Pyle presents a draft of a report to the Committee for review. BAC discusses report. Members express concern over references to specific dollar reductions in the budget. Unless Committee members are willing to ask for reductions at Town Meeting, references should be removed.
Pyle will make suggested changes and e-mail a revised draft to BAC members. BAC wil meet next Monday, February 27, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. to review final draft. All agree.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
