Meeting called to order at 7:03 PM. Betsy Hardwick, Scott Carbee and Abigail Arnold in attendance. Members of public included Tom Anderson.
Future Meetings:
Non-public December 15th 4:30 PM
No meeting the week between Christmas and New Years; cut off for A/P will be 12/22.
Meetings 5:00-7:00 January 3rd and 4th
Highway: Purchase of replacement snowblower attachment for sidewalk Kubota approved
Library:
Discussion on need to consider location for a new outdoor community bulletin board and the replacement of the Carrie Lord memorial tree.
Window well installed, need to look into regrading/relandscaping area in front of window in spring.
Carbee will ask George Morgan to look at dripping geothermal pipes in library basement to see if he can help find a way to contain the drips..
Announcements/Updates:
Arnold will attend Solid Waste Committee Meeting December 14th
Silas Little recommends that the Zoning and Planning Boards advise Matt Serge that they want him to oversee, but not actively engage, in Jones appeal to Supreme Court
Items signed included: FEMA form, authorization to pay $150,000 to Trustees of Trust Funds, Equalization Municipal Assessment Data Sheets Certificate
Impounded Car: Tom Anderson inquired about town’s liability for damage done to impounded vehicle on town property
