Meeting Minutes
Saturday August 20, 2011
9:30 am

Present: Chairman, Betsy Hardwick, Selectmen Scott Carbee and Abigail Arnold constituting a quorum.

Call to Order: Chairman Hardwick called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

Posting: Hardwick reported this Meeting as being properly posted.

Minutes: Administrative Assistant, Debra Davidson taking minutes.

Hardwick opened the meeting discussing the Emergency Operations Plan for the Town of Francestown.  In anticipation of Hurricane Irene, the Selectboard discussed procedures, contacts and proper protocol.

Phone lists were discussed with important numbers being exchanged.  Kevin Holdredge is the Emergency Management Director.  The emergency generator will be available if needed for the Town Office.  

Selectboard member, Abigail Arnold will be available on Sunday if needed.  She will take phone calls and direct residents if needed.

All Selectboard members will be available if needed.

Hardwick provided a disk copy of the EOP, this will be installed on the Selectmen’s computer.

No further business the meeting adjourned at 10:45 am.
