MEETING MINUTES
Thursday – March 5, 2009
356 Main Street - Farmington, NH
Members Present: Elmer W. "Butch" Barron III, Barry Elliott, Joe Pitre, and Paul Parker.
Members Excused: John David Aylard, Joanne Shompe and Randy Orvis
Town Staff Present: Director of Planning and Community Development, Daniel Merhalski
Chairman Barron called the meeting to order at 6:46pm and opened the public hearing.
Business Before the Board:
Chairman Barron seated Paul Parker for Randy Orvis.
Review and approve the Meeting Minutes of 1-8-09:
Barry Elliot motioned to approve the minutes of 1-8-09 as written, 2nd Joe Pitre. Motion carried with Paul Parker abstaining.
Request for Rehearing and Reconsideration of Decision - RSA Development (Tax Map U-12, Lot #23; For previously denied appeal an Administrative Decision from January 8, 2009 meeting.
Chairman Barron stated that he does not see any new information and that it appears Mr. Campell’s new application is a reiteration of the January 8, 2009 meeting. He added that the code enforcement officer acted properly because the Board of Selectmen had a moratorium on sewer connections and therefore this request is out of this Board’s jurisdiction. Barry Elliot motioned to deny the request for rehearing and reconsideration of a decision for RSA Development (Tax Map U-12, Lot #23) due to lack of jurisdiction on the ZBA’s part, 2nd Joe Pitre. Motion carried with all in favor.
Barry Elliot motioned to adjourn, 2nd Joe Pitre. Motion carried with all in favor. Chairman Barron adjourns the meeting at 6:55pm.
