NEW BUSINESS:
It was determined by the Director of Planning and Community Development, that due to the Vice Chairman calling in absent and the Chairman being absent with notification that there was no official body to conduct the meeting as required in the Zoning Board of Adjustment By Laws; under MEETINGS - ITEM 3 - CHAIRPERSON.
John David Aylard motions to continue this meeting to the 24th of March at 7:00p.m., 2nd by Russell Stoakes, no discussion, all those in favor, motion passes; meeting adjourned 7:22p.m.
