· Review and approve Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting minutes from
February 12, 2005 - Site walk EquiVise, LLC : March 3, 2005 Meeting Minutes as well as the Written Findings and Approval : March 17, 2005 Meeting Minutes.
New Business:
· Review, consider and approve a letter submitted by Doreen T. Hayden, to change the meeting time from 7:00p.m. start to 6:00p.m. start; (Note: Planning Board members accepted this same recommendation to change the start times of their twice monthly meetings.)
PUBLIC HEARING 7:30 P.M.
· Application by Sue Ducharme: (Tax Map U-06, Lot 77); Requests a variance from section 2.04 (B), as one of the two lots for sub-division is short by 480 square feet, property located at 6 Freedom Drive.
