Hoover, Applicant and Agent for Eben Dorr, Property Owner (Tax Map R38 Lot 2): To permit a three-lot subdivision where two of the three proposed lots will share an estimated 50’ of street frontage where each lot is required to have 250’ of street frontage. Parcel is located on Ten Rod Road in the Agricultural Residential Zoning District.
