NEW CASES:  

Application for Variance from Section 2 Table 2.01(B) by:  Carl E. Peaslee (Tax Map R51 Lot  10-1): To allow the construction of a 1200 square foot in-law apartment within the existing single family home.  The parcel is located at 172 Hornetown Road and is in the Agricultural Residential District.

Application for Special Exception from Section 2 Table of Permitted Uses by:  Doug Tappan on behalf of Grace Community Church (Tax Map U06 Lot 010):  To allow the premises to be used as an outreach facility, to provide free meals for consumption on-site, and for the free distribution of food products.  The parcel is located at 445 Main Street in the Village Center District and is owned by Peter Alfe.
