PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES

Selectmen Present: Chairman Paula Proulx, Gerry McCarthy, Gail Ellis Joan Funk and Charlie King
Town Staff Present: Town Administrator Tony Mincu
Chairman Proulx opened the meeting at 6:30pm.
Charlie King motioned to suspend the meeting in order to have a discussion with Town Counsel, 2nd Gerry McCarthy. Motion carried with all in favor.
At 7:56pm, Charlie King motioned to come out of suspension, 2nd Gail Ellis. Motion carried with all in favor.
Gail Ellis motioned to go in non-public session under RSA 91A.3.II (c), 2nd Gerry McCarthy. Roll Call – Paula Proulx (yes), Gerry McCarthy (yes), Charlie King (yes), Gail Ellis (yes) and Joan Funk (yes).
The Board reconvened in public session.
1.Gail informed the Board that the Poor Farm Road sign is gone again and questioned if surveillance cameras can be put up because the replacement of this sign is costing the Town quite a bit of money.
2. Joan commented that she knows Joel has been busy with all the recent rain but she would like Tony to inform him that there is a large wash-out area on Chestnut Hill Road right in front of her house. Tony replied he would pass the message along.
At 8:05pm, Paula Proulx motioned to adjourn, 2nd Charlie King. Motion carried.
