1. NON PUBLIC SESSION: RSA-91:A:3 (1) (3)
Interview with Town Administrator Candidate.Joan Funk made a motion to come out of Non Public Session. Seconded by George Meyer. All in favor.
2. Emergency situation with Fire Department roof repair.
Joan Funk informed the Board that the precinct building, where the ambulances are kept, has developed a severe ceiling leak with all the recent rain. The Building Inspector was asked to check out the problem and suggest what could be done to correct the problem. It was determined that the roof was in need of repair. Several solutions were discussed including a simple patch and replacing the entire roof.
A motion by Paul Parker to patch the roof of the precinct building as necessary to effect a repair and to put out bids to further repair and replace the roof. Seconded by Matt Scruton. All in favor.
Brad Anderson asked to speak to the Board. Joan informed Brad that he could speak to the Board after the meeting off the record.
Motion to adjourn by Matt Scruton, seconded by Paul Parker. All in favor. 7:50 pm.
