Present: Joan Funk, Paula Proulx, Paul Parker & George Meyer. Matthew Scruton
1. Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Waste Water Workshop with Wright and Pierce. A discussion with representatives from Wright and Pierce and Dale Sprague of the Waste Water Department. The Board agreed upon the general terms of a contract, which will be presented, to the Board at a later date.
Motion to go into Non Public Session RSA 91- A:3 (I) (II). A roll call vote was taken. Paul Parker – yes. Matt Scruton – yes. Paula Prouolx – yes. Joan Funk – yes. George Meyer – yes.
1. Interviews with Town Administrator Candidates.
