MINUTES
Present: Lee Kimball, Matthew Scruton, Paula Proulx, Paul Parker, Deb Lee, Ernest Creveling, Police Officer Jay Drury, Betsey Andrews Parker, Clark Hackett, Paul Cameron, Fire Chief Ed Robinson, Suzanne Friedrich.
The meeting convened at 6:10 p.m.
1. Emergency Response Plan
Farmington Emergency Manager Deb Lee introduced Lee Kimball. He was hired by Northern Strafford Health & Safety Council to update member communities’ Emergency Response plans into a format acceptable to FEMA. The importance of this is that FEMA has determined that communities that do not have ERPs in this approved format will not be eligible for future emergency assistance funding in certain cases.
Mr. Kimball led the group through some exercises to assist in completing Emergency Support Function worksheets that will become a part of Farmington’s plan. Chapters were assigned to particular departments and are due to be completed by Friday, January 21, 2005.
