MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 25, 2003

Attendance: Chairman Joan A. Funk, Barry Elliott & Matthew Scruton
Staff: Dale Sprague, Director of Water & Waste Mgemt.
Guest: Mark Sun of Industrial Communications
The meeting convened and was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Funk.
Radio Proposal
The Selectmen discussed the telecommunications needs for the Town with Dale and with Mr. Son of Industrial Communications. Barry Elliott made a motion to enter into an agreement with Industrial Communications and to accept their bid in response to the Town’s telecommunication equipment RFP, in the amount of $ 32,825 + $450.00, license fee. Matthew Scruton seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
Matthew Scruton motioned to adjourn. Barry Elliott seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
The meeting adjourned.
