Public Hearing Notice
For the Expenditure of Unanticipated Revenue

6:00P.M.
On Monday December 9, 2013 at 6:00 P.M., the Town of Farmington Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing to accept $257,037.51 in unanticipated revenue from the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services for a grant reimbursement for closure of the Town’s Unlined Municipal Landfill under the provisions of RSA 149-M. The first check will be in the amount of $51,407.50 with subsequent annual payments being made in the month of July over the course of five years.
